Program Overview

Boston Leadership & Innovation Program for Teens

The Boston Leadership & Innovation Program for Teens is a two-week immersive summer experience designed for high school students ages 14–17.

Students live on a university campus in Boston and participate in an academic program focused on leadership, innovation, communication, and entrepreneurship.

Boston is one of the most dynamic academic cities in the world, home to leading universities, research institutions, and innovation hubs.

The program places students in this inspiring environment to encourage curiosity, ambition, and independent thinking.

Why It Matters

Why This Program Matters

High school is a formative time when students develop identity, independence, and intellectual curiosity.

Yet traditional education often leaves little room to practice leadership, communication, and real-world problem solving.

This program bridges that gap by combining academic learning with experiential projects and exposure to real innovation ecosystems.

Core Focus Areas

Program Pillars

Leadership & Communication

Students build confidence expressing ideas, collaborating with peers, and presenting in front of groups.

Critical Thinking

Participants learn how to analyze problems, evaluate options, and make thoughtful decisions.

Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Students explore how ideas evolve into real products, services, or businesses.

Public Speaking

Students develop the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Global Perspective

Experiencing Boston’s academic ecosystem encourages students to think bigger about their future.

Final Innovation Challenge

Teams present their business concepts to mentors and peers in a real pitch environment.

Hands-On Learning

Applied Learning – Final Innovation Challenge

Throughout the program students work in teams to develop a business concept.

This project allows students to apply the leadership, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship skills they learn during the program.

At the end of the experience, each team presents their concept during the Final Innovation Challenge.

Students present their ideas to mentors and peers, building confidence in communication, teamwork, and structured thinking.
